This requires a lot of attention to detail to ensure that the essence is portrayed,
not just a clinical rendition."

I typically discuss with the client the character of the subject and the feel of the picture that the client is looking for.
Where possible, I visit and photograph the subject in question.
From there the client and I select the best photographs to work from.
Any changes that the client would like to see can be made at this point.
