Terms
I typically discuss with the client the character of the subject and the feel of the picture that the client is looking for.
I also research like subject matter and discuss possibilities with the client.
Where possible, I visit and photograph the subject in question.
From there, the client and I select the best photographs to work from.
Any changes that the client would like to see can be discussed and made at this point.
If requested by the client, I provide regular photographic (digitally communicated) updates to the client throughout the entire development of the work up to completion.
Photography is included in the price of the commission, however where it is not possible to take new pictures, I will work from the client's photographs. The only condition being that the photographs are clear and in focus with plenty of detail. 
Where possible, delivery will be made in person by Nicole Sterley. If delivery in person is not achievable then the work will be posted to the client by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or courier, and it will be covered against loss or damage whilst in transit.
Anticipated completion date will be given at the time of ordering or upon prior enquiry.
Although Nicole Sterley will make every effort to meet this, it should regarded as an indicative time frame.
Nicole Sterley will not be held liable for delays in completion due to reasons beyond his control.
In the unlikely event that the client does not think that the work is a true likeness, Nicole Sterley will make appropriate alterations.
Any further alterations after this will at a cost of £20 per hour. If the client does not wish to keep the finished work undertaken even after alterations have been made, Nicole Sterley will refund their payment less the deposit and any additional postage costs upon return of the work.
In order to comply with this guarantee Nicole Sterley must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the finished work of this intention, and the finished work must be returned undamaged within 7 days of receipt of the finished work.
